Refund policy

REFUNDS

We are only able to offer a refund if a product is faulty or if you received the incorrect item. If this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to hello@amariaproject.com.au for further review.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@amariaproject.com.au.
Only in this case we cover the return shipping costs. 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place and the hygiene liner still attached. Item/s must not have been worn, used, washed or altered in any way, no odours (including perfumes). ​If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense. After you request a return and if it is accepted, you will receive an email with a paid return shipping label can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to take to your nearest Australia Post drop off location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded and return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. 

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit and then you will be able to reorder the style/size you would like, provided we have it in stock. Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Amaria Project is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning. 

If you place your order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the 10% off discount in this instance. Just email us and  we will provide you with a new welcome code to be used in conjunction with your store credit. If you used a discount code offered during a limited time, we can give you another discount code only if the offer time hasn't passed.

If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a store credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.

SALE ITEMS

Please know that all items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and can not be accepted for return, exchange or store credit. 
 

EXCHANGES

Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we can’t guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. 
If an item is out of stock, please sign up for the Product’s “back in stock” email notifications to stay informed on when it will be back. You’ll find this on the product itself on our website.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
