Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Please allow 3 business days to process your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification within 3 business days letting you know your order is on the way with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD applies to orders shipping to Australia. Free shipping for orders over $200. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
